The early bird catches the worm! The early bird also makes sure she has a satisfying and nutritious breakfast before heading out the door! For all of you busy birds on the go, I want to share a breakfast that makes me feel light and energized, yet strong and satisfied.
It’s so simple! You can alter or change any of the ingredients to your liking such as adding some Greek yogurt or almond milk, but if you want to fly away with me, this is what you need:
Simply put all the ingredients in a “to go” cup, SHAKE IT ALL UP, and off you go!
